By accessing Glaze & Glimmer Sweets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or purchasing our artisan candies.

2. Artisan Nature of Goods

Our sweets are handcrafted using natural ingredients. As such, slight variations in color, "glimmer" clarity, and shape are expected and celebrated as part of the artisan process. We do not guarantee absolute visual uniformity across small-batch productions.

3. Use of Interactive Tools

The "Sweet Savings Calculator" and other interactive elements are provided for informational purposes only. Results are projections based on historical event data and do not constitute a financial guarantee or a binding price quote.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Glaze & Glimmer" brand name, our unique flavor profile combinations, and all editorial content on this site (including the "Science of Snap" blog series) are the exclusive property of Glaze & Glimmer Sweets. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Shipping and Handling

Artisan candies are fragile. While we use premium reinforced packaging, some minor chipping of hard crack surfaces may occur during transit. We are not liable for environmental damage (melting) caused by improper storage after the package has been delivered to the specified address.

6. Liability Limitation

Glaze & Glimmer Sweets shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption of our products or the use of our digital services. Customers with allergies are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for botanical and sugar-based allergens.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
